The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own clients, time and objectives, while benefiting from the brand, training,



technology and support of RE/MAX Beach Homes.

What You’ll Do
- Build and develop your own property portfolio
- Advise clients on property valuations and market opportunities
- Guide buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
- Negotiate and build long-term client relationships
- Develop your own business and professional network

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Knowledge of the Costa Blanca property marketis an advantage
- English or Spanish is required; additional languages are highly valued
- Previous sales/customer service experience is welcome, but not essential

Requirements
- Valid driving licence and a personal car
- Legally authorised to work in Spain
- Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
