Overview In this role you act as the interface between the customer JIT and the Trim production plant, driving on-site problem analyses and feedback to improve processes. You verify the effectiveness of improvement actions at JIT sites and coordinate sorting activities, supporting local Trim engineers with technical guidance. You establish clear boundaries between OEM, JIT, and Trim teams and monitor key quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes quality and collaboration with OEMs across Europe.





Responsabilidades Interface between customer JIT and Trim production plant On-site JIT problem analyses and feedback to Trim plant Verification of improvement actions at JIT plants Coordination of sorting activities at JIT plants Support for local Trim resident engineers with technical knowledge and feedback loops Boundary book setup between OEM, JIT, and Trim plant Inspector Gauge R&R; evaluation and inspector training Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification in a technical field Proven quality management experience in automotive industry Experience in customer quality management and direct communication with OEMs and Tier 1 customers Strong analytical and structured root cause analysis skills Knowledge of automotive quality tools/methodologies (VDA 6.3, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Ishikawa, 5 Why) Fluent English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
