At DigiProces we are a company specialized in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) that works in highly demanding sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, telecommunications and the advanced electronics industry.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Quality Manager to be part of the team and lead the organization's global quality strategy.

What will be your challenge?

We are looking for a Quality Officer with a strong track record in electronic manufacturing environments (EMS) and proven experience in highly regulated sectors such as Automotive (IATF 16949) and/or Aerospace (AS9100).

The selected person will lead the organization's integral quality strategy, ensuring compliance with our clients' standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will have direct responsibility for the departments of:

- Customer Quality
- Production quality
- Supplier Quality
- Repair and fault analysis
- After-sales service
- Quality Management System (QMS)

Be a key member of the management team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company.

Minimum requirements

Education

- Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
- Complementary training in Quality, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years in quality leadership positions.
- Experience in industrial or EMS environments.
- Management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects.

Technical Expertise

Essentials

- IATF 16949
- ISO 9001
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
- 8D and Root Cause Analysis
- Audit Management
- Supplier quality and continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish,



and English.

We will especially value

- AS9100
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Knowledge of SMT, PCBAs and electronic assembly
- Experience in the aerospace, defence or automotive sectors. Key competences
