Listing Agent – CasaVeranoCasaVerano is a growing and busy estate agency based in Ciudad Quesada, Costa Blanca.

We are looking for an experienced, positive and self-motivated Listing Agent to join our team on a full-time employment contract.

Your main responsibility will be to source and secure your own property listings from homeowners across the Costa Blanca. CasaVerano will also provide qualified leads through professional marketing to help you build and convert your pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Source and secure your own property listings.
- Develop relationships with homeowners and local contacts.
- Meet sellers, conduct valuations and present CasaVerano’s services.
- Follow up professionally and manage your pipeline.
- Work with qualified leads generated through CasaVerano’s marketing.
- Use our CRM and advanced sales systems, including AI-supported workflows.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing team.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a real estate agent, ideally with experience sourcing listings.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Strong communication,



negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive, professional and trustworthy approach.
- Self-motivated, organised and ambitious.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
- Local knowledge and contacts on the Costa Blanca are an advantage.
- Additional languages are a bonus.
