What are we looking for?





We are looking for a CNS International Marketing Lead to drive the international commercial strategy and launch readiness for CNS products across key markets. This role will play a critical part in connecting development, medical, market access and commercial perspectives to ensure successful and compliant launch execution throughout the product life cycle.
The challenge

Contribute commercial insights during early and late-stage drug development to support strategic decision-making, including target product profile refinement, indication prioritization and competitive landscape assessment.
Partner with Development, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial perspectives are incorporated into development plans and lifecycle strategy.
Develop and lead the cross-functional launch roadmap across the International region.
Own the international launch readiness plan for CNS, ensuring alignment from pre-launch disease awareness to post-diagnosis patient referral and activa
