Overview In this role you drive real-world evidence studies from design to publication, applying advanced statistics to healthcare data. You will work within the Real World Evidence team to deliver analyses, reports, and client-ready outputs that inform healthcare decisions. You'll lead statistical planning, data management, and methodological quality across studies, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
The position offers meaningful impact by shaping evidence generation in a general healthcare context. You will engage with clients and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.

Responsabilidades Support study conception, design, and protocol development for real-world evidence and observational projects
Develop statistical analysis plans and study SAPs; write methods sections
Perform sample size and power calculations
Develop and maintain SAS datasets, programs, macros, tables, listings, and figures
Lead quality control and validation of raw/derived data; manage data transfers
Conduct advanced statistical analyses (longitudinal, survival, repeated measures, etc.)
Produce deliverables: statistical outputs, tables/figures,
reports for clients
Contribute to manuscripts, abstracts, conference presentations, and publications
Communicate statistical requirements and deliverables to clients and cross-functional teams
Represent statistics in proposals and RFPs; participate in SOPs and training activities
Requisitos principales Masters degree or PhD in a quantitative field
Significant experience in pharma/biotech/CRO or real-world evidence environments
Advanced SAS programming experience (datasets, analyses, macros, tables, figures)
Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies applicable to healthcare and observational data
Experience developing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and analysis specifications
Experience with observational study designs, health outcomes research, and real-world data sources
Ability to manage statistical deliverables independently while collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex statistics to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred: experience in HEOR/economics/data analytics; publications/presentations; R programming knowledge collaboration clear communication independence with accountability
SAS programming statistical methodologies for healthcare data longitudinal analyses
