Manage the financial performance and day-to-day operations of the Rental, Used Rental, and Used Equipment department across all branch offices. Oversee inventories located at branch offices and customer sites.

This position reports to the local Managing Director. Supervise all Used Equipment service (shop work) for quality and timeliness before shipment to the customer. Manage buying and selling of equipment for the branch office including engagement with Rental Managers in other countries for quick supply and opportunities to improve EMEA utilization.

Manage





Rental and Used Rental Equipment inventory, maintenance, and depreciation of equipment. Track financial performance, identify variances, oversee rental repairs times and costs control, and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve operational performance to established corporate KPIs. Oversee lease returns for the branch.

Manage the buying, selling, and transferring of inventory with other branches to secure Rental or Used transactions. Provide sales force with detailed information concerning Rental and Used equipment. Perform duties such as conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and performing wage reviews.

Occasional travel (0-5%) Occasional overnight stays (0-5%) Job requires employee to drive a lift truck and car. Spanish / English (C1 level) Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and Word programs. Per 8-hour shift.
