Overview In this role you lead planning, coordination and technical management of complex digital projects, with a focus on e-commerce, digital platforms, and integrations. You translate client needs into scalable, secure solutions and steer Scrum teams toward successful go-lives. You balance customer requirements with technical realities, guiding architecture decisions and delivery.

You work closely with architects and developers, driving cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades Lead planning, coordination and technical management of complex digital projects (e-commerce, platforms, integrations).

Translate client requirements into technical concepts and ensure scalable, performant, and secure solutions.

Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities early; manage development, testing and deployment processes.

Manage Scrum teams and sprints, set backlogs, prioritize work, and maintain stakeholder communication.





Provide technical foresight from architecture decisions to go-live.

Stay calm under challenges and balance customer needs with technical constraints.

Requisitos principales Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media or comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in technical project management for web, e-commerce or digital platforms.

Familiarity with CMS, e-commerce and framework technologies (AEM, TYPO3, Shopware, Salesforce Commerce, React, Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL).

Experience with classic and agile methodologies; proficient with Jira and Confluence.

Solid understanding of DevOps, hosting, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment processes.

Fluent in German and English; certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL are a plus.

Structured, solution-oriented mindset; ability to align technology with business goals.
