Overview In this role you will support the Barcelona VAT and Intrastat processes within the regional finance team, ensuring accurate data handling and compliant reporting. You will drive a continuous improvement mindset by maintaining databases and streamlined workflows, while supporting internal controls and audits. You will assist in preparing tax declarations and managing notifications from tax authorities.

submission Maintain accurate databases and efficient administrative workflows Support internal controls and proper archiving of tax returns and documents for audits Assist in preparation of periodic tax declarations Handle notifications and inquiries from tax authorities Support data quality and process improvements within the tax team Requisitos principales Vocational Training (FP) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics or similar field Fluent English mandatory; other European languages a plus MS Office, advanced Excel (essential for data handling) SAP knowledge highly valued and preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines Persistent, resilient, loyal, team player attention to detail strong organizational skills deadline-driven team player Microsoft Excel (advanced) SAP
