ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team Your missions will be the following : Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in ; Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services ; Ensure the check-in of potential late arrivals or apply our no-show procedure ; Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request ; Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards ; In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints ; Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails ; Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submi
