You will manage the full HR spectrum, including strategy, recruitment, compensation, performance, and employee relations, while coordinating Chinese and local staff under local law. The role supports expansion of the European manufacturing footprint.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in HR, overseas experience, and fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Prior plant HR leadership is preferred.
