As Client Program Manager, you lead Maersk's global CX community to support a key client and drive customer experience and business growth. You will collaborate with the account team across Ocean and Logistics u0026amp; Services, guiding migrations and value-adding projects. You shape processes, share best practices, and liaise with product owners to optimize the SCP platform and end-to-end operations. This role sits at the heart of transformation for the client and Maersk’s logistics leadership.

• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Account, Migration u0026 Adoption, and SME teams
• Develop governance and optimization frameworks for SCP-related processes

Responsabilidades

• Experience in operational excellence and handling complex operational, technical, and commercial matters
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
• Problem-solving ability with value-creating recommendations
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with urgency and persistence
• Excellent English verbal, writing, and presentation skills
• 3+ years in project/program/operational management or supply chain (bonus)
• Experience with SCP platform functionalities (bonus)
