About Innovamat ? Innovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. Its mission is to help improve how this science is taught by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community. Since its founding in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat has partnered with 27,000 teachers from more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, inspiring more than 600,000 students to build strong math foundations and instill a passion for learning. Our Data Team plays a transversal and fundamental role: we measure the impact of our initiatives and turn insights into strategies that shape both product and business decisions. Team & Role ? We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, Platform & AI to help us build the next chapter of Innovamat’s data function. This role will work very closely with the leadership of Product and Tech , and will play a key role in shaping the technical foundations that will support Innovamat’s data and AI capabilities in the coming years.

What we are now looking for is someone who can raise the technical bar , strengthen the foundations of our platform, and help push the team towards the next frontier: ML and AI applied to real products and real decisions . We are looking for a deeply hands-on builder — the kind of technical person who loves the craft, goes deep, stays curious, and genuinely enjoys making the people around them better.
