You tackle cross‐border considerations, tax, and payments infrastructure to ensure seamless integrations. Evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
Support due diligence across financial, operational, regulatory, tax, and legal areas
Prepare internal investment materials and decision‐support presentations for leadership
Assess cross‐border tax structures, payments infrastructure, regulatory licensing, and legal entity implications
Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Product teams during evaluation




Assist in negotiation and structuring of acquisitions with internal/external advisors
Align acquired entities with accounting policies, reporting standards, and controls
Support integration of ERP structures and reporting processes
Monitor post‐acquisition integration progress and identify risks
Identify process improvements and operational synergies post‐acquisition
