Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate real-world evidence activities to inform drug development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization. You will partner with the global RWE Strategy Lead to align scientific, technical, and business inputs, ensuring rigorous, timely, and cost-efficient study delivery. You'll design and interpret epidemiological research and advocate for data-driven decisions across global teams.

You will contribute to high-impact studies that strengthen product value propositions and patient access.

Responsabilidades Design, execute, analyze, and interpret epidemiological/outcomes studies to support regulatory submissions and development

Provide strategic epidemiological input and leadership to project teams across all stages of development

Deliver high-quality real-world research within time and budget constraints

Innovate study designs to address evidence gaps and support commercialization

Set standards for RWE utilization and provide methodological leadership





Identify and validate external data sources and partnerships for fit-for-purpose analyses

Maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders to monitor progress and risk

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and outcomes

Requisitos principales Minimum 7 years of real-world evidence generation in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of RWE applications in development, regulatory, and patient access at international level

Understanding of product development processes across the lifecycle

Experience with innovative RWE methodologies to address evidence gaps

Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; transplant, diabetes, and cardiovascular experience preferred

Proven cross-functional collaboration in global matrix teams

Excellent written and verbal communication

Pharmacoepidemiology, HEOR and RWE study designs and methodologies

Experience with routinely collected data (claims, EHRs, registries) and diverse data sources
