Experteer Overview
In this role, you design and deliver AI-powered insights platforms and data pipelines that turn raw market data into actionable recommendations. You work with cross-functional teams across global regions to build production-grade AI-enabled applications and scalable data infrastructure. You’ll shape platform decisions, implement strong governance, and ensure reliable, cost-efficient operations in a fast-moving digital environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Python, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark) to ingest and serve market and business data using AWS services
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph)
• Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, backend, frontend) using Python, React/Next.js and cloud-native services
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to ensure reliability and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, user stories, and working software




• Contribute to platform architecture decisions (infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, containerization with Docker, CI/CD practices)
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing

Responsabilidades
• Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade applications or pipelines
• Experience in one or more: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering
• Hands-on with cloud platforms, especially AWS; familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI: model integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js) and API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale
• Solid fundamentals in software engineering: Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform
• Good communication skills and ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to stay current with AI/ML trends
