Overview In this role, you drive the DACH expansion for Factorial, selling a leading AI-based business management platform to C-level stakeholders. You'll work cross-functionally to craft strategic account plans, manage complex sales cycles, and exceed targets through consultative, high-impact engagements. You'll partner with internal teams to accelerate growth, shape regional strategy, and promote Factorial as the leading solution in the market.

Responsabilidades Manage the full sales cycle from demo to close

Lead high-level negotiations with C-Level executives

Build and leverage influential prospect relationships





Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed targets

Use consultative selling techniques to guide prospects

Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and senior leadership

Drive DACH market expansion and establish Factorial as a leading solution

Participate in shaping regional strategy and cross-functional initiatives

Requisitos principales Native German

Fluent English

At least two years of sales experience in SaaS/high-growth environments

Experience with stakeholder management, forecasting, and pipeline management

Strong communication skills and ability to forecast and manage critical information ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented and team-oriented
