You will define the technical vision, lead a lean engineering team, and partner with the CEO/COO to embed AI-native capabilities across the business. Responsabilidades Set the technical vision and architecture for a multi-entity, cross-border business
Own AI-native strategy and production-grade AI agents and integrations
Oversee the platform running the business (Shopify, B2B/wholesale, ERP integration with Odoo)
Build and maintain a centralized data platform feeding analytics and decisions




Lead and develop a small engineering team and partners, establishing delivery-driven governance
Balance build vs. buy vs. partner decisions while keeping complexity low
