We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Technical Architect to contribute to the analysis, development, maintenance, and evolution of high-impact IT solutions in the economic and financial domain for a European Agency. We are seeking a professional with a strong work ethic, diligence, and accountability to thrive in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Overall IT Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
Advanced knowledge of English (C1 or higher) and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
Oracle & Oracle PL/SQL: 10 years (Advanced level)
Angular / TypeScript: 5 years (Advanced level)
Python: 5 years (Advanced level)
Podman & Docker: 5 years (Advanced level)




Airflow: 5 years (Advanced level)
HTML / XML / CSS: 5 years (Advanced level)
CI/CD Tools (Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket): 5 years of experience (Advanced level)
Architecture & Delivery: Ability to design innovative, scalable, and sustainable architectures, balance long-term technical vision with short-term delivery goals, and align systems across multiple teams.
Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively under deadline pressure, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Data & AI Tools: Python libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas), Dspy.Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Frameworks & DevOps: Nx, GitLab, Jira.
