Overview

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you help scale revenue teams by developing training content, enabling managers with coaching resources, and optimizing tools for consistent commercial execution. You'll create practical assets using AI, maintain knowledge bases and playbooks, and oversee call-intelligence workflows. Your work accelerates learning and adoption across Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams.

This role offers the chance to shape enablement programs at scale within a collaborative, autonomous environment.

Responsabilidades Create training materials for Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams and deliver sessions as needed

Leverage AI to produce battlecards, one-pagers, scripts, and email templates

Maintain and update the sales knowledge base, playbooks, and CRM templates

Manage the call intelligence tool, including trackers and scorecards, and drive adoption





Offer coaching support to reps through monitoring, listening to calls, and skill development

Equip line managers with resources for training, role-plays, and coaching

Gather field feedback and collaborate to shape future enablement initiatives

Requisitos principales 3+ years in a revenue organization (Sales or Account Management preferred)

Experience in Sales Enablement or RevOps is a strong plus

Regular user of AI to generate ideas and content, with critical review before sharing

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with individual contributors and managers

Genuine curiosity about sales practices, negotiation, and effective communication

Proactive, performance-focused, and able to identify improvement opportunities independently

Fluent in Spanish and English communication curiosity proactivity
