Overview In this role you lead the Immunology field organization in Spain, driving franchise growth and launch excellence while building a high-performing, compliant, customer-centric team. You translate strategy into field execution, ensure strong customer engagement, and influence cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives. You will shape the Immunology franchise and empower leadership across the region with a focus on impact, learning, and accountability.
This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role with meaningful patient and health-system impact.

Responsabilidades
Lead and develop the Immunology field organization with a culture of high performance, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
Build organizational capability via coaching, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives
Translate franchise strategy into actionable field plans and ensure consistent regional execution
Drive field execution through First Line Managers to meet sales, market share, and org objectives
Lead launch readiness and commercialization activities for new therapies while maximizing established brands
Champion customer-centric engagement by integrating face-to-face, digital, and omnichannel approaches
Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives:
CRM excellence, targeting, incentives, analytics, and territory design
Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize impact
Monitor market dynamics, insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, and Sales Force Effectiveness to deliver objectives
Serve on the Immunology Leadership Team contributing to strategic decisions and long-term growth
Ensure full compliance with policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements including adverse events reporting
Requisitos principales Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant areas is required
At least 4 years' experience in direct leadership & people management, with sales leadership and change management experience
Customer-centric leadership with experience in customer engagement strategy and joint value creation
Proven record of driving commercial outcomes with a deep understanding of customer needs (patients, HCPs, partners, government)
Experience in strategic office-based positions (Marketing, Market Access, Excellence & Execution, Solutions)
Performance management track record with budget management across cross-functional teams
Fluency in Spanish and English leadership coaching and development collaboration and cross-functional teamwork
CRM excellence targeting and segmentation incentive systems
