Overview In this role you lead a high-velocity Commando sales squad, turning account-management discoveries into closed revenue. You will institutionalize rigor in how the team operates, optimize the AM-to-demo-to-close handoff, and build metrics dashboards to hit monthly targets. You'll partner with product and sales leadership to refine playbooks and maximize ARPU across multiple European markets.

and report key performance metrics via HubSpot dashboards Conduct weekly pipeline cadences to ensure deal quality and CRM hygiene Manage risk and provide actionable feedback to SA leadership to protect monthly AMRR targets Requisitos principales 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in high-volume SMB or mid-market Experience leading or managing high-performing Account Executives or SDRs Strong comfort with pipeline metrics, cohort conversion rates, and AMRR targets Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs for custom reporting Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus data-driven decision making stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration HubSpot CRM custom dashboards/reports pipeline management
