As a Staff Product Security Engineer, PSIRT at Okta, you own and evolve the Product Security Incident Response program across products and business units, guiding vulnerability management and responsible disclosure. You lead bug bounty operations, triage and validate findings, and coordinate fixes with engineering and cross-functional partners. You mentor junior engineers and help shape proactive threat detection. This role blends leadership with hands-on security operations to safeguard customers at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement Okta's Product Security Incident Response Program for all products and units
• Run day-to-day bug bounty program operations: researcher engagement, triage, severity, remediation coordination, rewards, process improvements
• Oversee the full lifecycle from discovery to resolution, including communication with stakeholders
• Lead the security disclosure program from triage to disclosure
• Report on program health and activity status
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT,



Product, Legal, and Security to improve workflows and risk communication
• Mentor junior engineers on incident response, investigations, and remediation
• Partner with leadership to drive proactive threat detection and vulnerability management

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in Information Security focusing on Product Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Operations
• Experience with security code reviews and identifying vulnerabilities in applications
• Knowledge of incident and log management tools
• Experience handling product-related incident response and risk management
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations
