Overview In this role, you will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools to design and automate campaign journeys for a major pharmaceutical client. You'll optimize end-to-end campaign delivery, ensure quality and on-time execution, and drive platform automation improvements. You will translate business needs into technical enhancements, perform UAT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support omnichannel campaigns.

This position offers a blend of hands-on technical work and strategic process ownership in a integral, client-facing environment.

Responsabilidades Build and optimize campaign workflows to meet market briefs

Ensure end-to-end delivery quality and on-time execution with measurable results

Own platform automation and drive efficiency and innovation

Provide technical specs and perform UAT for marketing tool enhancements

Debug workflow issues and track platform bugs with IT support

Document enhancements, templates, and technical processes





Develop and test script enhancements (AMPscript, JavaScript) and API calls

Create and maintain technical workflows, landing pages, and HTML content

Collaborate with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Business Administration (or related) with strong tech background

2–3 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign experience

Technical marketing automation certification preferred

Ability to translate business requirements into software enhancements

Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and web API calls

Proficiency in AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Python is a plus

Understanding of SDLC; experience in software house or consultancy environment preferred

At least exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket)

English fluency excellent project management prioritization and multitasking self-motivated and detail-oriented
