Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver and enhance performance measurement and attribution across multi-asset portfolios, partnering with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship Managers. You will drive automation and AI-enabled analytics within the Smart Middle Office to improve accuracy, speed and governance. You will apply industry standards (including GIPS) and translate complex performance results into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. This is a collaborative, cross-functional opportunity within a global firm focused on responsible investing and client impact.

• Perform daily and monthly performance calculations and multi-level attribution (Brinson, factor-based, equity and fixed income)
• Deliver monthly performance attribution analyses coordinating with Portfolio Management and other teams
• Explain alpha, allocation, selection effects and risk-adjusted returns across asset classes
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Client Relationship Managers to explain results and resolve data or methodology questions
• Drive enhancements in attribution methodologies for consistency across asset classes
• Ensure processes comply with GIPS standards and internal policies
• Define and improve procedures, controls, and documentation for scalability
• Investigate data-quality issues and attribution breaks with cross-functional remediation




• Contribute to Smart Middle Office initiatives using AI, automation and advanced analytics
• Translate pain points into automation or AI use cases with Technology and SMEs to deliver scalable solutions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration or comparable qualification
• At least five years in performance measurement or attribution in asset management
• Strong knowledge of Brinson, factor-based, equity and fixed income attribution; multi-asset exposure advantageous
• Good understanding of GIPS and their application
• Experience with asset management operations and cross-functional interactions
• Experience with Aladdin, State Street StatePro, FactSet or Bloomberg advantageous
• CFA, CIPM or CA certifications advantageous
• Advanced analytical and structured thinking; ability to interpret complex results and communicate clearly
• Fluent English; German advantageous
• Strong Excel; Python, data analytics, automation or AI tooling advantageous
• Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and drive responsible data use
