Role Description The SAP DRC Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for client environments. Day-to-day activities include analyzing regulatory and business requirements, assisting in SAP DRC setup and testing, and troubleshooting issues related to electronic invoicing, tax reporting, and statutory filings.

The analyst will prepare documentation, support end users, and collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting. The role involves participating in implementation projects, maintaining master data and configurations,



and continuously identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency. The SAP DRC Analyst will also contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices, helping strengthen NEXTIA’s compliance service offerings.

Qualifications

U

- nderstanding of SAP systems, ideally with exposure to SAP DRC, SAP FI/SD or related compliance and reporting modules.
- Like work with regulatory or tax reporting processes, electronic invoicing, or statutory compliance in a business or consulting environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret requirements, analyze data, and resolve technical and process issues.
- Ability to create clear documentation, process descriptions, and user guides, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Comfort with remote work tools and practices, with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting, technical Knowledge or compliance-focused roles is a plus; familiarity with multiple country regulations is advantageous.

- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial for supporting international clients.
- Ideally should be working from Galicia or Madrid.
