Overview In this role you will define, implement and maintain SAP PM functions and Calibration services, supporting asset maintenance across manufacturing sites. You'll work with an international team to drive predictive maintenance initiatives and shape the future roadmap of maintenance technologies. You will manage SAP change implementations across multiple clients while protecting production stability.

You'll collaborate with key users and IT to plan and prioritize changes, and contribute to small to medium projects as well as larger program efforts. You'll deliver plans, estimates and ensure security and BI compliance throughout delivery, making a measurable impact on operational reliability.

Responsabilidades Define, develop, implement and maintain SAP PM functions and Calibration services (CMX Software)

Support innovations like Predictive maintenance and Condition based monitoring and shape related roadmaps

Manage changes across multiple SAP clients ensuring no disruption to Production





Collaborate with Key Users and IT to prioritize and plan changes

Lead small-to-medium projects or play a key role in large project teams

Create detailed project plans and delivery schedules

Produce accurate estimations for enhancements and implementations

Execute project activities with focus on security and audit compliance per BI policies

Requisitos principales 3–5 years of professional SAP PM configuration and user support experience

Experience with SAP S/4HANA; SAP QM is preferable

Knowledge of SAP development technologies: ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP interfaces (IDOCS, Web services)

Ability to translate business requirements into developer specifications and track developments

Pharma industry knowledge is a plus

Experience leading/coordinating small to medium projects and building stakeholder relationships

Excellent spoken and written English

Experience in virtual, international, multicultural environments

Strong problem solving, results orientation, communication, teamwork and collaboration skills

Willingness to travel occasionally strong communication teamwork problem solving
