Satellite Production Senior Technician, RF, Systems & Software Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation Type of Contract: Permanent As a Satellite RF, Systems & Software Sr Production Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring that ICEYE satellite testing meets aerospace quality standards. You will perform automated verification procedures for functional, payload, and Bus tests to validate performance at the subsystem and system levels. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. Manage schedule priorities and execute work tasks to meet production timelines.

Operate mechanical and electrical ground support equipment to ensure smooth test operations. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians. Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed, including documenting results in Jira and creating NCRs when necessary.

Work closely with the other production teams, ensuring clear communication so that satellite build-phase deadlines and technical specifications are met. Relevant university degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Space Studies,



Applied Physics, or similar — or equivalent experience in a related role. ~4+ years of hands on experience setting up and running tests and experiments. ~ Excellent communication skills, with particular attention to detail in procedures, preparation, and execution. ~ Able to work proficiently in a Linux environment. ~ Ability to perform tests on satellite systems using Python or Shell scripts for routine tasks. ~ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics. ~ Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
