Overview

As an Executive Director in SCIB, you will lead end-to-end back leverage transactions (non-recourse or partial-recourse) for institutional clients. You will collaborate with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk teams to structure and execute complex financings across EMEA. The role combines front-office origination with rigorous risk management and cross-border execution, with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder alignment.

You will shape deal structuring across global markets and contribute to Santander's client-centric transformation.

Requisitos principales 10+ years in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination or underwriting across EMEA

Proven ability to originate and close complex financing solutions for institutional clients

Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple functions in large international institutions

Master in Finance or equivalent

English required; Spanish preferred

Strong financial modelling and transaction analysis capabilities

Cross-border, risk-aware deal structuring experience

Commercial and client-oriented mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
