Overview In this Lead Scrum Master role, you guide up to three Agile teams within a SAFe framework to deliver value through disciplined, collaborative practices. You'll coach teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and drive adoption of Agile across the organization while removing impediments. You will lead Scrum of Scrums and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and sprint delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog management and sprint planning Lead Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies across teams Ensure user stories are delivered per sprint commitments Remove impediments and escalate blockers with stakeholders Provide Agile coaching beyond own team and department Support Agile adoption in complex or strategic areas Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent) Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills Excellent English communication and presentation skills Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization Strong planning, organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure Strong interpersonal skills in multicultural environments Proficiency with relevant tools, systems and technologies leadership communication stakeholder management Agile/Scrum SAFe Scrum ceremonies
