Its Digital & Security Global Business Unit supports border agencies, governments and airports to provide seamless travel, fast secure border crossing and advanced border intelligence.

Education & Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, IT or a related discipline. Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential. In-depth understanding of Security Management principles and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) standards. A strong grasp of local, national, and international security regulations, including ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) frameworks.

Experience conducting audits to ensure adherence to security policies and standards. Solid knowledge of IT Security concepts, including Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, etc.). Threat analysis and remediation processes. Familiarity with physical security measures and integration with IT security. Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks.



Understanding of DevSecOps principles and their application to secure software development.

Experience in developing and maintaining security awareness programs for employees.

Incident Management Software Data Loss Prevention

Tools Identity and Access Management (IAM) Python, PowerShell) to streamline security processes.

Experience leading cross‐functional teams, including IT, security and operations. Management skills delivering security initiatives on time and within budget. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build consensus for security strategies.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, IT security or a related field. Seeks purpose – aligns actions with the mission to protect people, data and operations. Flexible working hours. Remote‐friendly – 2 days a week working from home.
