This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the journey from first contact and discovery through product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Qualify prospects and identify business needs Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team Your commission increases with performance: ~Clear progression based on performance:



Hybrid Model First 4 weeks fully on-site in Madrid for training 50% hybrid, once at least 70% of target is achieved Required travel expenses covered Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00 Polish speaker ~ Native or bilingual English ~ 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience ~ Experience in AE, SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or B2B sales ~ Strong closing and commercial mindset ~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Pure customer support, customer success without commercial exposure, career changers and significantly overqualified senior profiles are not prioritized.
