Overview

As a Senior Account Manager for Meat EUMs, you will drive strategic growth by managing key partners across Spain and collaborating with our applications team to deliver innovative solutions. You will interpret customer needs, promote Kerry's product range, and develop plans that align with regional and group goals. You'll operate in a cross-functional, matrix environment to secure sustainable value for customers and Kerry.

Responsabilidades Manage key accounts in Meat EUMs and develop strategic plans with customers

Understand customer needs and articulate Kerrys value proposition in relevant markets

Promote Kerry product collections and identify opportunities for profitable new developments

Collaborate with internal teams (including applications) to allocate resources for projects

Develop deep category knowledge,



including major manufacturers, competitors, and regulatory context

Create and implement Key Account Plans with internal stakeholders and customers

Prioritize customer-centric service to drive above-market growth and sustainable expansion

Deliver growth aligned with country, regional, and group aspirations

Requisitos principales Minimum degree level qualification, ideally in food science

Significant experience in key account management in the food or meat processing/ingredients industry

Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and sustainable growth

Strong understanding of meat chemistry and composition

Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration

Fluent in Spanish and English

Willingness to travel 60%+

Full driving licence strong communication relationship-building cross-functional collaboration meat chemistry and composition category and market understanding regulatory framework knowledge
