We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in property accounting. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance with U.This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Manage all aspects of property accounting, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close Record and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, and prepayments Prepare variance analyses for assigned properties in collaboration with property management teams Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies,



and lease agreements Partner with property management teams to provide financial insights and resolve accounting-related issues Assist with external audits and tax filings by providing schedules and support documentation Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in property accounting Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Experience in Senior Housing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Healthcare Major Medical Expense Insurance: Dental Insurance: Vacation Days: 12 vacation days in accordance with Federal Labor Law plus Floating Holidays: 3 floating holidays in addition to the 7 official holidays in Mexico.
