Overview In this Senior AI & ML Engineer role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions for a general fragrance and flavor leader. You'll shape scalable AI systems, deploy robust data pipelines, and implement strong MLOps practices in a hybrid work setting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you translate complex problems into production-ready technical solutions while upholding data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Responsabilidades Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines to integrate AI into robust software architectures

Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability

Lead technical design, development, and optimization of scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices





Work in an Agile framework to convert research into production value while ensuring privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines

Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate challenges into clear technical requirements

Requisitos principales 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and technical leadership

Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices

Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring

Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus strong collaboration and communication ability to translate business problems into technical requirements proactive and solution-oriented mindset
