Overview In this role you will design and deliver hands-on training and workshops that demonstrate Sysdig's capabilities across containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and public cloud. You will own the training platform's reliability and automation, ensuring sessions run smoothly. You'll craft structured learning journeys and clear documentation, using AI tools to accelerate content while applying sound judgment.

Collaborating with Product, Customer Success and Marketing, you turn feedback into value-driven training and mentor teammates, all while supporting a global audience from a remote setting.

Responsabilidades Design and build complex lab scenarios that reflect real customer environments

Own automation and reliability of training platforms (e.g., Instruqt, LMS) including provisioning and troubleshooting

Create engaging training, workshops and demos for diverse audiences with adaptable delivery

Author courseware and technical documentation in YAML and Markdown

Use AI coding/agent tools to accelerate lab creation and content drafting





Lead projects end-to-end with autonomous decision-making and risk escalation

Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Marketing to keep training aligned with feature value and represent Sysdig in customer and partner sessions

Translate feedback into process improvements and mentor junior team members

Requisitos principales Deep hands-on expertise in containers, Kubernetes, Linux or public cloud services

Fluent coding in 1–2 languages (Bash, Python, Go) and ability to author YAML/Markdown content

3+ years instructing and presenting technical material to varied audiences

Ability to build and deliver training confidently; strong technical and communication craft

Experience with AI coding/agent CLI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex or equivalents) in daily workflow

Fluent English, written and spoken, for integral training delivery
