Задачи:

Own and define the global courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement;
Address key courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels;
Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams;
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions;
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities;
Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution;
Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact;




Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.
Требования:

Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics, or another data-driven domain;
3+ Years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making and acting on those insights;
Strong analytical and coding skills;
Good SQL and Excel proficiency or extensive coding experience;
Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
Strong strategic vision and business mindset;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Ability to break down complex problems into solutions;
Ability to work in a high-growth, high-performance environment and handle ambiguity;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
English is a must;
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
