What you will do:

- Support customers in German and English via phone and email
- Help resolve financial service inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Deliver a positive and high-quality customer experience

What we are looking for:

- Native or bilingual German
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Based in Madrid or open to relocating to Spain
