Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive strategic imperatives for the Development Unit by leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution. You will engage senior leaders, shape transformation initiatives, and apply premier project management practices to deliver measurable impact. The position sits at the intersection of development units and functions, emphasizing data-driven decision making and stakeholder alignment. You will work in a hybrid Barcelona setting, influencing through the matrix and delivering operating-model improvements that advance drug development and patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 3rd level degree in Life Sciences or Life Science Engineering (ideally)
• MBA would be an advantage
• 10-12 years in Ru0026D strategic consulting or in Development operations
• Corporate/development experience in complex project management
• Experience in Drug Discovery and Drug Development and lifecycle
