Overview In this role you will strengthen Preply's CRM platform, delivering timely and relevant communications to millions of users. You'll work in a cross-functional team to design scalable backend services and maintain React-based frontend surfaces, driving impact through experiments and reliable delivery. This position blends backend focus with frontend contributions to shape how learners and tutors stay engaged.

Compensaciones / Incentivos monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com Learning & Development budget time off for self-development equity health insurance relocation package Responsabilidades Build and maintain React frontend surfaces for CRM-facing experiences (e.g., notification and communication preferences) Own backend-heavy services end-to-end—from discovery and design through development, deployment, and iteration—to power emails, push, and in-app (bell) notifications Partner with Marketers and Head of CRM to translate campaign and lifecycle needs into reliable, scalable technical solutions Establish and promote best practices across backend and frontend,



focusing on correctness and safe delivery of communications Design architectures for high-traffic data-processing workloads determining who/what/when to send communications, scalable for future growth Balance speed and experimentation with strong engineering fundamentals to keep systems maintainable and resilient Continuously improve quality, observability, and reliability of the communications platform, mentoring teammates and upholding high standards Requisitos principales Full-Stack Expertise with backend-heavy impact and ability to handle React/Typescript work Exposure to front-end tech: hands-on React experience Proven experience designing and operating scalable, high-traffic data-processing systems Ability to drive ambiguous work from discovery to delivery, balancing speed with quality Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partners English communication at B2 level or higher strong collaboration clear communication problem solving React/Typescript Backend services design and operation Scalable systems in high-traffic environments
