Why this role matters
Customer portals are central to how customers interact with World Courier-placing orders, tracking shipments, and accessing critical logistics information. This role ensures that our customer portals evolve into integrated, consistent, and user-centric digital experiences,



reducing reliance on manual interactions and enabling scalable, self-service capabilities across regions and markets.
A key measure of success will be the ability to drive customer adoption of digital channels, increasing usage of portal-based interactions and reducing dependency on manual, email- and phone-based processes.
What you'll do
- Product Ownership & Delivery Co-own and manage the product backlog for customer portal platforms, ensuring clear prioritization aligned to business and customer outcomes. Drive delivery in an agile environment, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams in your squad Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
