Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Westinghouse’s EMEA decommissioning and radioactive waste management activities, driving safe, compliant, and profitable operations. You will shape regional growth, cultivate executive-level client and partner relationships, and translate customer needs into scalable technical and commercial solutions. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to align market requirements with technology development, while building regional capabilities for current and future growth. This position offers cross-functional impact across leadership, strategy, and delivery with a strong focus on risk, safety and profitability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide executive leadership for EMEA decommissioning and waste management operations, accountable for safety, quality, delivery and financial performance
• Guide regional business development and profitable growth, including strategy, pipeline, proposals, negotiations and partnerships
• Build executive-level relationships with nuclear operators, utilities, government bodies and industry partners
• Identify customer needs and translate them into executable technical and commercial solutions




• Support Product Management and Engineering with market requirements and technology priorities
• Develop regional capabilities, partnerships and resources to support current operations and future growth
• Represent the company with customers and key partners across the EMEA nuclear market
• Provide management with visibility of operational performance, opportunities, risks and priorities

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
• 15+ years in the nuclear industry with decommissioning or radioactive waste exposure
• Senior leadership experience in operations, project delivery and business development
• Commercial and financial understanding including contracts, proposals and project profitability
• Established network and understanding of the European nuclear market
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across EMEA
