Overview In this role you drive the design and execution of early clinical development and clinical pharmacology studies to evaluate safety and efficacy of innovative treatments. You will lead cross-functional programs, develop strategic development plans, and author key scientific and regulatory documents. Working closely with physicians, statisticians, and operations, you shape program direction and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Responsabilidades Provide strategic leadership for clinical programs in early development and clinical pharmacology

Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and offer SME input on cross-functional teams

Author/review/approve protocols, analysis plans, study reports, and regulatory submissions





Execute Clinical & Clinical Pharmacology studies with Clinical Operations

Review and summarize safety/efficacy data with Medical Monitor

Collaborate with Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology, Translational Sciences and Statistics to develop protocols and analyses

Contribute to program strategy and development plans for assigned compounds/programs

Draft and review clinical documents (INDs, amendments, Investigator Brochures, Annual Reports) for Health Authority submissions

Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets for deliverables

Requisitos principales 5+ years' experience with PhD/MD/PharmD or 10+ years with BS/MS in early development/clinical pharmacology

Ability to critically analyze problems and propose creative solutions

Experience in clinical pharmacology, immunology or oncology preferred

Early phase/Phase I experience required critical thinking collaboration leadership clinical pharmacology immunology or oncology background protocol and analysis plan development
