Verisure España is seeking a Head of Customer Payment & Recovery to join the LatAm Customer Value Management team in Madrid. You will lead end-to-end strategies to maximize cash collection, reduce defaults and improve the financial performance of the recurring revenue portfolio while safeguarding customer lifetime value and experience.
You will collaborate with Product, IT and Finance across markets to optimize payment journeys, deploy AI-driven collections, and manage external agencies.
