Overview
In this role you will scale and optimize Google Search and Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo’s global markets to drive high-intent customer acquisition. You’ll own growth budgets in a key region, write and refine growth playbooks, and collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to improve media efficiency. You will measure and explain campaign performance, identify lessons, and apply data-driven optimizations to lift conversions and ROAS. The opportunity centers on shaping paid search strategy within a fast-paced, global team and delivering meaningful business impact.

Responsabilidades
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns across general markets with a focus on efficiency and high intent users
- Own regional growth budgets and develop scalable growth playbooks
- Collaborate with analysts, Paid Social,



and App campaign teams to drive cross-channel optimization
- Monitor KPIs, analyze the why behind results, identify lessons, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Lead A/B tests and data-driven pivots to turn campaigns into high-performing assets
- Partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams and leverage Analytics, Web, BI, and Martech to translate technical insights into business outcomes

Requisitos principales
- 3–5+ years in performance marketing with Paid Search experience in tech or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and maximise ROAS
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, and automation workflows
- Mastery of Excel and Looker for performance analyses and forecasts (SQL a major plus)
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across multi-functional teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages a pl
