Purpose of the functionThe Analyst Developer is responsible for creating, testing and implementing IT programs and to guarantee the quality, user-friendliness and performance of the integrated systems. He/she plays a reference role in the development environment to deliver high-quality systems that meet the known and predefined standards within the agreed schedule.Main responsibilitiesSystem DevelopmentWriting, improving, and testing programs based on detailed analyses; carrying out integration, regression, and performance tests to check how the applications’ components work together and interact.Technical designTranslate the functional analysis into a technical analysis and provide documentation. Being capable of directly discussing with Business to capture their requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the developmentTestingSupporting the IT team in setting up an acceptance test environment and helping users run those tests; critically analyzing the results and making (or having) the necessary adjustments.ImplementationImplement and follow up the coding standards (programs, parameterization, documentation, ...)
