Hiring | Senior Development & Construction Director – Luxury Real Estate

? Location: Costa del Sol, Spain

? Salary: Up to SAR 50,000/month

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Director-level professional with a proven track record in luxury real estate development and construction, specifically within the Costa del Sol market.

Key Requirements

10 years of experience in planning, development and execution

Mandatory experience in luxury real estate

Strong experience across both real estate development and construction

Proven track record of executing major projects from planning through completion — design-only experience will not be considered

Strong understanding of project planning, execution, construction coordination and delivery

Prior experience in Costa del Sol,



Spain is essential

GCC experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory

Fluent Spanish speaker

Must be able to work in Spain without requiring employer-sponsored work permit

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities
