Overview

As Senior Account Specialist within Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions team, you drive adoption of innovative EP technologies by training and supporting physicians and EP lab staff. You'll be a trusted partner, helping hospitals implement Affera systems and related ablation technologies across a defined region from Spain (Barcelona-based, remote). You help shape technology adoption, stay ahead of competitors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades Deliver expert clinical and technical support on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system

Provide product expertise through sales presentations, demonstrations, installations, and ongoing support for technology adoption

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner





Develop and sustain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of product portfolio and competitors

Demonstrate composure and proactive problem-solving in high-stress situations

Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and strategic planning

Serve as liaison between sales and technical staff for smooth communication and customer satisfaction

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline

At least 5 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product knowledge

Cardiology background or Cardiac Physiologist experience

Fluency in English and Spanish

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence

Valid driving license with clean record

Understanding of 3D Mapping systems (advantageous)
