As we scale, we're building a data‐driven foundation to support smarter decisions across the business — and we're looking for a talented Data Engineer to lead the way in shaping our data infrastructure. iRestore is seeking a highly skilled and hands‐on Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our business intelligence infrastructure. This role will oversee our full BI stack — from our data warehouse (BigQuery), to reporting and visualization (Looker Studio), and eventually advanced modeling — empowering data‐driven decision‐making across the company.
You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Creative to build scalable data solutions that unlock growth opportunities, optimize performance, and improve customer satisfaction. Take technical ownership of the team's data stack, including implementation of tools for tracking, reporting, and automation Implement and maintain integrations such as tracking pixels, server‐to‐server (S2S) connections, and event tracking systems to support marketing campaigns Build and maintain pipelines for real‐time reporting on spend and performance across platforms Build pipelines for inventory forecasting across DTC (Shopify) and marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.),
supporting Operations and Logistics teams in marketing‐aligned planning 4+ years of proven experience in data engineering, preferably within eCommerce or technology industries ~ Advanced proficiency in SQL and data warehouse modeling ~ Hands‐on experience managing cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake or any other MPP ~ Proficiency in Python for automation and data manipulation ~ Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Looker/Tableau/Power BI ~ Strong understanding of marketing data ecosystems, including APIs, tracking pixels, server‐to‐server (S2S) integrations, and event tracking systems ~ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketing tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Experience working with containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms beyond BigQuery / Snowflake Proven ability to work effectively in fully remote and distributed team environments, leveraging async communication, autonomy, and collaboration across time zones.
