Overview In this role you ensure Nordex products meet Grid Code requirements across wind farm and turbine levels. You will translate grid standards into software and test cases as part of an agile team, and develop specifications and test plans to support compliance from sales through project delivery. You'll work with cross-functional groups and utilities to clarify requirements and optimize processes.

Responsabilidades Ensure grid code compliance across Nordex products with end-to-end focus

Analyze Grid Code requirements and translate them into executable test cases

Translate requirements to software development artifacts within an agile process

Develop internal specifications for Grid Code compliance and support during sales and project phases

Define test plans and ensure quality assurance for wind farm, turbine, and component levels

Execute, evaluate,



and document Grid Code compliance tests and analyze results

Specify new functions to maintain and optimise Grid Code compliance

Clarify Grid Code requirements in working groups and with utilities/customers

Maintain deep understanding of Nordex product capabilities to rate compliance

Optimize Grid Code compliance processes

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Advanced English (C1-C2); Spanish and/or German a plus

Intercultural understanding and collaborative mindset across functions and geographies

Availability to travel intercultural understanding collaborative mindset communication

Grid Code requirements knowledge test planning and QA for grid-related systems experience with software development processes in Agile
